Pappa Bear 

Our shoulders brushed against an earth angel recently, when our friend Dylan brought Pappa Bear to stay with us for a couple of days. We played music together by a wet night campfire, and the rain could not dampen our spirits; there was so much shining love amongst us all. We swapped notes on spiritual pioneers, gemstone jewellery making, meditation, and Non violent communication.

Before he left, Pappa Bear sang us this sweet song, originally by Marshall B. Rosenberg, the founder of The Center for Nonviolent Communication. We wish he could have stayed forever.
